David Stovall, a founding partner and graduate of Baylor University, has led the firm as managing partner since 1972. In addition to his tax and consulting work with manufacturing and retail clients, he has extensive experience and expertise in accounting for financial institutions. From his early career with a national CPA firm, he has performed and supervised audits and a wide range of other services for banks throughout the United States.
