Carol Allen joined the firm in 1983 and has been a partner since 1995. Carol received her degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has extensive experience in audit and taxation of financial institutions and oversees audit engagements for governmental, nonprofit and employee benefit plans. Carol is the firm’s designated audit partner of the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center and the Center for Audit Quality. Carol currently serves on the TSCPA Financial Institutions Conference Committee.
Carol loves to retreat to her family home in Colorado where she enjoys snow skiing in the winter and riding four-wheelers in the summer. Her backyard pool is a favorite place to relax and work out. She spends considerable time at local rodeos watching her youngest son ride bulls. Carol is married and has three children.
